You will work with a team of experienced Financial Planners, supporting client relationships, preparing for meetings and contributing to financial plans while developing technical and interpersonal skills for future progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Ambition to continue developing your technical knowledge and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners with client servicing activities.
• Prepare for client reviews and new business meetings.
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email and written correspondence.
• Help build and maintain financial plans using Voyant.
• Collaborate with advisers to develop recommendations and planning solutions.
• Liaise with providers and third parties.
• Ensure client records and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to a consistently high level of client service across the business.
