FP&A Manager – Strategic Finance Leader to the CFO

What You’ll Own

  • Advise the CFO and senior leadership on firm-wide financial strategy, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and lead dynamic forecasting and modeling engines that power decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Command the annual budget process, aligning capital with vision and galvanizing cross-functional buy-in at every level.
  • Partner with HR to shape compensation strategy that is as smart as it is equitable—ensuring we reward impact, not just effort.
  • Lead the ERP revolution—drive the planning and implementation of a next-gen system that will redefine how we work.
  • Manage liquidity and risk with surgical precision through treasury support functions like cash flow forecasting and liquidity strategy.
  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights that translate complexity into clarity—and drive immediate action.
  • Ignite transformation by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and championing innovation.

What Sets You Apart

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 in FP&A—ideally in top-tier financial services or asset management firms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • Mastery in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and enterprise-level financial strategy.
  • ERP implementation experience (bonus points if you’ve led the charge).
  • Exceptional fluency in Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar FP&A platforms.
