The FP&A Manager strengthens reporting automation, data integrity, and consistent KPI definitions across the organization.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  • Own the internal management reporting package (monthly/quarterly), including calendar, standard content, definitions, distribution, and continuous refinement to meet leadership needs.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards; ensure consistent metric definitions and a single source of truth across finance and operational reporting.
  • Create clear, decision-oriented performance narratives by translating data into insights, trends, drivers, and recommended actions for leadership discussions.

  • Support strategic and operational planning through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluation (including capital and major initiatives as needed).
  • Improve reporting automation and data integrity by partnering with Finance/IT to streamline data flows, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and enhance data quality.
  • Maintain key planning and reporting models, including documentation, version control, and standard work to ensure consistency, transparency, and continuity.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership decisions
  • Coach and enable business partners by improving financial literacy, self-service reporting capabilities, and understanding of key performance drivers across functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in reporting, planning, and analytics processes and implementing practical solutions, automation, and governance.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing financial drivers (volume, mix, margin, productivity, spending, and working capital).
  • Ability to improve processes through standardization, automation, and data governance; continuous improvement mindset.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite and dashboard/BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI) preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline discipline.
