DeZURIK is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. You will work across general ledger, financial analysis, and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience with reporting, reconciliations, and costing drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing a plus).
• Exposure to month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities.

In this role, you’ll work across general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and cross-functional business support. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with reporting, reconciliations, and financial processes while developing a deeper understanding of cost drivers and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $58,154 to $72,693 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
