Job summary

Connect Search LLC in Oklahoma City partners with a growing advisory firm to expand its FP&A practice. We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Manager or Director-level candidate with strong technical FP&A skills who thrives on hands-on work.

You will build FP&A processes and reporting from the ground up, develop models and forecasts, and work directly with executive leadership across multiple client engagements, gaining significant visibility. 5+ years of FP&A or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning or consulting experience.
• Strong modeling and Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build FP&A processes and reporting from the ground up for multiple clients.

We have partnered with a growing Oklahoma-based consulting and advisory firm building out its FP&A practice. They’re looking for someone with strong technical FP&A skills who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing the work.

You’ll work with multiple clients, build FP&A processes and reporting from the ground up, develop models and forecasts, and work directly with executive leadership.
