Qualifications

• 7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and long-range planning experience.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a complex or multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the five-year financial plan, including scenario modeling, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead capital planning, investment evaluation, and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop business cases and evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, ROI, and payback.
• Identify emerging financial trends and translate them into actionable business decisions.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Data & Analytics, Technology, Sourcing, and Operations.
• Validate financial benefits and track results against strategic initiatives.
• Present recommendations and insights directly to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a Senior Financial Analyst.

I’m partnering with a $3B+ multinational, non-automotive organization on a newly created Manager, Strategic Finance & Capital Planning opportunity.

This is a high-impact strategic finance role focused on helping shape the company’s long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, investment decisions, and scenario planning. The position will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans.
