The Opportunity

A fast-scaling healthcare services company with approximately $500 million in revenue is hiring an FP&A Manager to join its lean, high-impact finance team. Backed by institutional investors and operating across multiple service lines, this platform is growing quickly and seeking a hands-on leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.

What you’ll do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business, consolidating and validating inputs from various sources
• Build and refine financial models and reports to support cost analysis, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and margins to identify risks and opportunities
• Deliver monthly insights and partner with business leaders to manage spend and improve outcomes
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and help enhance FP&A workflows and tools as the company scales

What you bring

• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in healthcare or a related service industry
• Strong command of Excel and experience with financial modeling and budgeting tools
• Ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
• Must reside in the U.S.; strong preference for candidates located in or near the southeastern U.S., especially South Florida
