Lennox International, located in Stone Mountain, GA, is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst for on-site budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will support annual budgets, analyze expenditures, and collaborate across teams to resolve reporting issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), proficiency in Excel/Access, and knowledge of SAP/Hyperion. Strong communication skills are essential, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Stone Mountain - 100% Onsite

As the Financial Planning Analyst , you will be responsible for the moderately complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis of an organization's expenditures and initiatives.

Duties

• Provides general financial analysis and support of an organization's annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.
• Prepares and analyzes financial forecasts.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships across functional teams to resolve financial reporting, forecasting and analysis issues.
• Maintains various systems / databases for budget analysis, allocations and forecasts.
• Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.

What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $82,000- $108,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
