Lennox International, a leading HVACR solutions provider, seeks a Cash Accounting Analyst III to apply GAAP principles and manage diverse financial accounts. You will analyze, report, and support budgeting while mentoring team members.

This salaried exempt role offers a competitive starting salary with a potential annual bonus, located on site. Candidates should have 5+ years of accounting experience and a degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and theories of financial statements and reports, ledgers and journals, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of highly diverse accounts, financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and reconcile accounting data.
• Review, analyze and present financial data, including revenue projections and expenditure reports.
• Maintain various ledgers, journals, registers and other fiscal records.
• Allocate revenue to appropriate functions.
• Classify expenditures and post to various accounts.
• Lead and direct the work of others as needed.

What Drives Success

The Cash Accounting Analyst III performs a wide range of advanced duties and responsibilities involving the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories in the management of financial accounts and operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance of highly diverse accounts, financial analysis and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires at least 5 years related experience.

Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories of financial statements and reports, accounting ledgers and journals and of computer technology related to accounting systems.

What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $77,000 - $100,800 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
