Lennox is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities. You will provide financial insights to help drive informed business decisions and ensure effective management of budgets, expenses, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Access is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support the annual budgeting process including forecasts and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends and variances, and provide insights.
• Build relationships across functional teams to address reporting needs.
• Maintain FP&A systems and databases for budget analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with financial research, special projects, and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Support development of financial reports and presentations for leadership.

What Drives Success

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will support the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities. This role will provide financial insights and analytical support to help drive informed business decisions and ensure effective management of budgets, expenses, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, including expense, service fee, staffing, and other financial forecasts and reporting requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and projections to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across functional teams to address financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis needs.
• Maintain financial planning systems and databases, ensuring accurate and timely information for budget analysis, allocations, reporting, and forecasting.
• Assist with financial research, special projects, and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business performance and operational results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved financial performance, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Support the development of financial reports and presentations for leadership and other key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Access is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate meaningful insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $66,400 - $87,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
