Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Job Overview

The Analyst I is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual supporting the day-to-day operational activities in the FP&A function. This role will report to the Manager of Finance and support with data reconciliations, collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial close, standard reporting production, and facilitate financial planning.

Essential Functions

• Perform financial reconciliations and analyses as requested.
• Assist in the monthly close process.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Meet with departmental leaders to review and discuss results.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform financial analyses on new initiatives.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Establish new standards and processes that will increase efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Must be able to manage time and multiple assignments.
• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
