Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in The Woodlands, TX. This role will support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and insights. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Partner with business units to evaluate performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
