Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Financial Planning Analyst to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will manage data, analytics, and reporting to guide resource allocation and policy decisions.

Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication.
  • Bachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience with Tableau, Excel tools, Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting Air Force contract administration and execution, including tracking contract deliverables, reviewing invoices, and monitoring obligations and expenditures.
  • Demonstrated experience with Business Analytics and the principles of analyzing financial and production data.
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data management and data architecture support and process automation.
  • Translate policy, acquisition, and operational requirements into clearly defined data standards and business logic for analytics, reporting, and decision-support using Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, and O365 tools.
  • Produce mission-focused user documentation and technical guidance with dashboards, data visualizations, and process flows to improve usability and adoption of analytics tools.
  • Design and deliver training materials and formal briefings to communicate processes, data structures, and analytical tools to government, contractor, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to design, development, testing, and sustainment of project tracking, analytics, and visualization tools, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, SharePoint permissions and lists, and Power Automate
  • Utilize SharePoint and Power Automate to support workflow automation, document control, data collection, and process standardization for program management and analytics activities.
  • Support contract administration and execution, including tracking of contract deliverables, review of invoices, and monitoring obligations and expenditures for compliance.
  • Coordinate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams; prepare minutes, track status, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations.

Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Financial Planning Analyst to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team managing a variety of intelligence contracts and task orders on behalf of the customer. They will collaborate with acquisition leads and support financial planning and execution tracking activities, providing timely reporting and analysis. The Financial Planning Analyst will oversee the development and maintenance of resource requirement processes, tools, and documentation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource allocation. Analyze data and recommend improvements. They will also facilitate business analytic data aggregation, visualization, and analysis to guide future policy and planning decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting Air Force contract administration and execution, including tracking contract deliverables, reviewing invoices, and monitoring obligations and expenditures across appropriations to ensure compliance with fiscal law, the Anti-Deficiency Act, and program financial accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience with Business Analytics and the principles of analyzing financial and production data
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Adaptability: able to balance multiple tasks & shift between projects quickly
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills based on recognition of customer need

  • Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)
Global Comp
  • $130,000- $175,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
