Join Our Team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Risk Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. How You'll Make an Impact

You will partner with key stakeholders and senior management to provide insights on financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and communicate findings effectively to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the corporate FP&A team and divisional finance teams
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes from start to finish
• Partner with executive leadership and present financial insights
• Proactively make recommendations for financial improvements

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• Advanced degree
• 5+ years of management experience
• Insurance industry experience
• Strong corporate FP&A background
• Excellent analytical, business acumen, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
