The Manager will be joining the team to support our efforts around consolidation, workforce planning and maximizing our Oracle EPM database, to facilitate financial discipline and accountability across the organization. If you're a proactive team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with FP&A and Operations teams to improve financial oversight across various departments, driving cost management and accountability.

  • Support the FP&A Workforce Planning Team and department heads to facilitate short- and long-term budgeting and reporting.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for high-priority strategic initiatives.

  • Assist business owners and the accounting team in month-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy in accruals and operating expense forecasting.

  • Prepare insightful materials for financial review meetings, highlighting variances to forecasts and driving improvements in forecasting accuracy and strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct analyses to support informed decision-making across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the broader Finance team and other teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, utilizing quantitative analysis to guide executive decisions.

  • Design reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and procedures, and take on additional responsibilities to support team goals.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA is a plus.

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate finance and/or accounting, data analytics, or FP&A.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.

  • Proven ability to build financial models for forecasting and perform ad-hoc analyses.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to senior management and business leaders that simplify complex issues.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the programmatic advertising or digital media industries is preferred.

  • Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of industry dynamics and relevant KPIs.

  • Proficient in Excel, with experience or interest in database management (SQL, Vertica), data visualization tools (Tableau), and financial planning software (Oracle).

  • High integrity and a proactive approach to supporting the business.
