About the Opportunity

Solaris is seeking a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in shaping Solaris Energy Infrastructure’s financial strategy as well as supporting its operations and growth. This role combines leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis with oversight of the Company’s treasury function. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial reporting and performance, and optimize capital structure decision-making in a fast-paced, agile working environment.

Essential Functions

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  1. Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models to illustrate and optimize around Solaris’ strategic objectives
  2. Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitability and efficiency
  3. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
  4. Collaborate with operations, commercial, accounting, and finance teams to model project economics, evaluate ROI, and support capital allocation decisions
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform scenario planning

Treasury Management:

  1. Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
  2. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and debt covenant compliance
  3. Execute capital markets transactions, including debt issuances or refinancings, to support growth initiatives

Other Duties:

  1. Perform other duties or projects as required to support business goals.

Experience/Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  2. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, treasury, or corporate finance
  3. Experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors strongly preferred
  4. Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives and external partners (e.g., lenders, investors)
  7. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
