We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Corporate team and support the Colors and Flavors businesses in North America. In this role, you will gather and analyze financial data, forecast future performance, build comprehensive financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to management to support informed business decisions. Creating best practices, common processes and implementing standardization across all Sensient groups and locations will be a core responsibility.

What you will do:

• Financial Modeling:
  • Optimizing and maintaining our financial tools which forecast revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Participating in the annual budgeting process by creating budget plans and monitoring variances against budget and prior year.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of strength and weakness, and providing insights to management on potential improvements.
• Data Analysis:
  • Gathering data from various sources, cleaning and consolidating it, and utilizing data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Ad-hoc Analysis:
  • Conducting special projects and analyses as needed to address specific business questions or concerns.
• Communication:
  • Presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5 plus years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with integrated business systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
