Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and 12-month modeling. You will provide timely analytics to improve decisions, report to the VP of Finance and CFO, and partner with executives to identify opportunities for bottom-line improvements.
Responsibilities include guiding financial indicators, leading capital budgeting, and building profitability reporting.

The selected individual leads our annual planning, budgeting and capital processes, as well as builds and maintains the 12-month forecasting model. They provide timely and accurate business analytical services to improve decision making and deliver innovative solutions to produce measurable process improvements. Reports directly to the VP of Finance and the CFO. Responsible for conceptualizing a financial model of a business and for identifying opportunities for bottom line business improvement and translating them into practical recommendations that can be acted upon. Works in a synergistic and productive partnership across finance and with the organization's executive business leaders and their management teams.
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring the use of universal precautions and/or personal protective equipment.
