*Description*
- Responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides actionable insights to optimize financial performance and support key decision-making.
- Reports to the Treasurer and works closely with Senior Staff to support the overall strategies and goals.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
*Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related discipline.
*7 years experience working in financial planning and analysis, including managerial roles and executive or board level presentations.
*Ability to align financial planning strategies with overall business goals.
*Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to senior leaders.
*Understanding of market trends and market research to best uncover the potential impact on financial performance.
*Strong knowledge of banking as it pertains to performance metrics, regulatory metrics and peer analysis.
*Strong knowledge of bank financial statements
*Previous banking experience
Preferences:
*Experience in financial services or regulated industry
*Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
*Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
*Experience in Empyrean

The pay range for this position is $100691.00 - $139848.00/yr.
