Simon-Kucher is seeking a motivated FP&A intern to join our North American Finance team in the United States. In this full-time role, you will support financial planning, reporting, business performance analysis, sales and project controlling, and management reporting.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, can commit 3–6 months full-time, and can go into the office 1–2x per week.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis intern to join our Finance team. In this full-time role, you will support financial planning, reporting, business performance analysis, sales and project controlling, and management reporting.
This opportunity is ideal for a student who is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in financial planning and analysis while working with financial and operational data to support business decision‑making. You will collaborate with members of the Finance team and other business stakeholders while developing your analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, proactively prioritize work activities, and meet tight deadlines. The FP&A intern will be a key member of the North American Finance team.
The pay for this position is $28/hr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
