How You Make a Difference

The FP&A Analyst supports the corporate FP&A team by developing financial models, analyzing performance, and preparing management reports. Responsibilities include estimating costs and pricing for contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives; analyze variances and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models; prepare reports with key metrics and scenario analyses.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for contracts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other teams to align financial goals and streamline processes.
• Leverage financial tools for ad hoc analyses and support due diligence for business opportunities.

Additional Details

Candidate must reside in Greater Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid position with no relocation offered.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• MBA preferred but not required

Experience

• 2+ years in finance or related experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication skills, and a proactive attitude in fast-paced settings
• High accuracy and precision in work
• Related healthcare or staffing costing experience preferred
• Financial modeling proficiency preferred
