Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting partners with an established boutique wealth management firm to oversee financial planning and long-term client relationships for high-net-worth households. You will work closely with the founder and a supportive team.

In this role, you will manage planning for approximately 40 HNW households, preparing cash flow, retirement, tax, and estate plans, and leading planning discussions with the founder, ensuring follow-through on commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in financial planning or wealth management, ideally with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.

What You’ll Do

What’s Offered

• $90,000– $95,000 base + $15,000 guaranteed annual bonus
• Additional $60,000-$70,000 variable bonus potential, subject to portfolio revenue and market performance
• Fully remote or hybrid (two days weekly in Parsippany, NJ)
