Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Financial Partner to deliver exceptional member service and tailor financial solutions. You will guide members toward suitable account and loan products, cross-sell services, and maintain strong community relationships.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service and sales, with an emphasis on financial products. The role includes cash handling, AML/BSA compliance, and opportunities to grow with a supportive, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• NMLS license required; Notary license required or to be obtained within 9 months of hire.
• Broad knowledge of BSA requirements and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process branch transactions accurately following procedures (deposits, withdrawals, etc.).
• Assist members with Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and ACH Manager.
• Promote commercial loan products and cross-sell credit union services to business members.
• Open, close, and manage branch operations and digital inquiries; participate in community outreach.
