Position Summary

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional service across billing, invoicing, claims, and customer support. This includes generating and sending invoices and reports, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, providing necessary documentation, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Delivering comprehensive solutions for internal and external invoicing, billing, and dispute inquiries
  • Assisting customers in resolving carrier disputes and overcharge claims to completion
  • Gaining proficiency in all required software applications
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Generating invoice reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Providing customers with the necessary backup documentation for invoicing
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands and Work Environment
