Responsibilities

• Serve as Financial Specialist (Business Manager) in the School of Engineering and Cyber Systems and manage all academic activities and affairs in support of faculty, staff, and cadets.
• Liaise with CGA Mission Support and Business Operations for financial, budgetary, and logistics management.
• Strategically manage day-to-day financial, mission-support, and executive level administrative activities of the School.
• Provide mission-support functions including planning, scheduling, procurement, travel, budgeting, financial analysis, and academic administration.
• Monitor and interpret internal policies for budget/financial operations, procurement, travel, and personnel management.
• Coordinate travel for a variety of academic activities.
