Job summary

ConnexPay in Dallas is seeking a Finance Operations professional to manage daily reconciliation of sales and settlements, bank reconciliations, and payment project execution. You will drive accuracy and efficiency within a growing payments platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a 3+ year finance background, strong Excel, and knowledge of card networks with a focus on reconciliation. A flexible work arrangement is offered across home and office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Payments experience with understanding of card networks and settlement reconciliation procedures.
• Analytical, budgeting and/or financial focused mindset.
• Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with acquiring and/or issuing a plus.
• Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools for work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and issuing settlement, identify variances and work with internal team to resolve any gaps.
• Assist with all financial operations including conducting daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciling client daily accounting files and approving money movement.
• Manage new payment related projects.
• Assist with building global expansion processes and procedures.
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
