Job summary

Verra Mobility, a global leader in smart mobility, seeks a Business Analyst for the Financial Operations function in Mesa, AZ. The role sits at the intersection of operations and working capital, coordinating with Operations and stakeholders to manage toll authority accounts, funding and replenishments.

You will handle high-volume transactional processes with advanced Excel skills, and support daily control processes under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous accuracy.

Qualifications

• Financial or accounting exposure preferred; treasury ops, cash forecasting a plus.
• Strong data analytics skills for large transactional datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support toll account management processes including opening, admin and replenishment.
• Make daily funding decisions to balance cash flow and customer experience.
• Ensure payment methods approved and secured by Treasury.
• Review toll account statements against internal records on publication cycles.
• Extract toll data and input to tolling systems accurately.
• Perform invoice reconciliations and identify savings opportunities.
• Understand client/vendor setups and how they affect operations.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
