Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Business Analyst for the Financial Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of operations and working capital, working closely with Operations and other business stakeholders to manage Verra Mobility's toll authority accounts and associated funding and replenishment activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong data analytics skills with large datasets.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL statements, and VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support toll account management processes, including account opening, administration and replenishment activities.
• Make daily funding decisions where underfunding disrupts customer experience and overfunding ties up cash.
• Ensure methods of payment (credit cards, ACH) are approved and secured by Treasury.
• Retrieve and review toll account statements on publication cycles, confirming posted tolls and fees.
• Extract toll data from toll accounts and input to tolling systems.
• Perform invoice reconciliations and analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Understand client/vendor setups and how they impact operations.
