This is a HYBRID position that requires on-site presence in St. Louis, MO

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for interpreting client contracts to identify and set up Financial, Rebate, and Pricing Discount Guarantees. Additionally, the role involves reconciliation reporting, gathering results, and preparing reports for Account Management to distribute to clients. Effective communication with cross-functional teams such as Client Pricing, Account Teams, IT, and Audit is essential. The candidate is also expected to contribute proactively to developing best practices within the Financial Client Operations team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Review client contracts and set up Financial, Rebate, and Pricing Discount Guarantees in respective systems.
2. Develop, analyze, validate, and communicate reports to Account Management.
3. Coordinate with various departments through conference calls.
4. Conduct special projects as assigned.
5. Assist with issue resolution by providing data analysis and reporting.
6. Support internal and external audits with data and responses.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
2. 1+ years of experience with a degree.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
6. Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry preferred.
7. Ability to organize multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
8. Self-initiative and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
