Financial Operations Analyst - EVERNORTH - Hybrid

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for interpreting client contracts to identify and set up Financial, Rebate, and Performance Guarantees. It will also assist in reconciliation reporting, including gathering results and preparing reports for Account Management to distribute to clients. Regular communication with cross-functional teams such as Client Pricing, Account Teams, IT, and Audit is essential. The candidate should communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments, and proactively contribute to best practices within the Financial Client Operations team.

Essential Functions

• Review client contracts and set up Financial, Rebate, and Performance Guarantees in systems.
• Develop, analyze, validate, and communicate reports to Account Management.
• Coordinate with various departments via conference calls.
• Conduct special projects as assigned.
• Assist with issue resolution through data analysis and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Self-initiative and cross-functional collaboration skills.
