Job summary

ConnexPay LLC is seeking a finance-focused professional to join our expanding team in Georgia. You will conduct daily reconciliation of sales and settlements, balance and reconcile bank accounts, and drive new payment initiatives while supporting global expansion efforts.

The role demands strong analytical skills, budgeting mindset, and executive presence to partner with leadership and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience required.
• Payments experience required with understanding of card networks and settlement reconciliation procedures.
• Analytical, budgeting and/or financial focused mindset.
• Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with acquiring and/or issuing a plus.
• Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools for work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and issuing settlement, identify variances and work with internal team to resolve any gaps.
• Assist with all financial operations including conducting daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciling client daily accounting files and approving money movement.
• Manage new payment related projects.
• Assist with building global expansion processes and procedures.
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
