Job summary

Nomi Health is seeking a Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to guide providers, TPAs, and employer groups through accurate onboarding on our payment and financial services platforms.

You will own end-to-end collection, validation, and processing of banking, tax, and compliance docs, ensuring regulatory and internal controls are met while partnering with Compliance, Finance, and Product/Technology teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services onboarding, payment operations, KYC/AML, or healthcare claims/insurance operations.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts as applied to onboarding and account setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present onboarding status clearly.
• Ability to translate onboarding pain points into clear product/tech requirements.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto platforms.
• Validate onboarding documentation (W-9s, banking letters, tax forms) per standards.
• Perform due diligence checks including NPI, OIG/SAM screening for providers.
• Ensure onboarding activity adheres to regulatory guidelines (BSA/AML, KYC, NACHA).
• Coordinate bank account setup, EFT/ACH configuration and mapping.
• Resolve onboarding gaps with stakeholders and maintain audit-ready records.
• Produce onboarding status reports, pipelines, and trends for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech to identify defects and improvements.
