Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of DCF, LBO, comps, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and audit three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Develop valuation models including DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
  • Create scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business and investment decisions.
  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports.
  • Support fundraising, M&A, and due diligence processes with model-based insights.
  • Translate business assumptions into structured financial models.
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing model outputs for leadership and clients.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure models are error-free and well-documented.
  • Collaborate with finance, strategy, and business teams to gather inputs and assumptions.
  • Continuously update models based on actuals, market changes, and business developments.
