Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Financial Manager to support profit center sales and profitability initiatives through extending credit and managing accounts receivable portfolios.

You will establish creditworthiness of new and existing customers, authorize and monitor credit limits, manage AR portfolios, protect and enhance profitability, and build customer relationships to support both sales and credit management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Corporate finance, accounting, and/or financial reporting knowledge.
• Analytical and decision making skills.
• Communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• 5+ years experience required.
• 4 year degree: Business Degree or equivalent experience; major in Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Establish creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Authorize and monitor credit limits.
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio of assigned profit centers.
• Protect and enhance profit center profitability.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships in support of both sales and credit management initiatives.
