Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Financial Manager to support profit center sales and profitability through extension of customer credit and management of accounts receivable portfolios.

In this role you will establish creditworthiness, authorize credit limits, manage AR portfolios, and protect profitability across assigned centers while maintaining customer relationships and supporting credit initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience required.
• 4 year degree: Business Degree or equivalent experience; major in Finance required.
• Ability to travel.

Become part of the excitement. As a Financial Manager, you will support profit center sales and profitability initiatives through the extension of customer credit and management of accounts receivable portfolios.

In this role you will:

• Establish creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• authorize and monitor credit limits
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio of assigned profit centers
• Protect and enhance profit center profitability
• Establish and maintain customer relationships in support of both sales and credit management initiatives

What you bring to the table:

• Corporate finance, accounting, and/or financial reporting knowledge
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• 3+ years experience required
• 4 year degree: Business Degree or equivalent experience; major in Finance required
• Ability to travel

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office

Compensation Details:

The expected base salary for this position is starting at $65,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
