This contractor role requires 20+ hours per week, immediate start, and an expected duration of approximately 4–6 weeks. Payment is task-based with an option to be paid hourly after the first task is approved.

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Financial Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated financial management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in overseeing accounting, banking, credit, and financial planning activities across branches, offices, or departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and other financial management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor.
• Review financial scenarios involving cash flow oversight, budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial reporting and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, Branch Manager, Financial Planning Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, or another closely related financial management role.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities at the branch, office, or department level.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

• Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks
• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
