Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate is highly desired.
• Familiar with FRMM and FAR and BI tools including Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop, run, and analyze financial, procurement, training, and logistics reports and metrics.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint pages and CG Common Core materials.
• Create Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business rules and data processes.
• Design SharePoint structures, roles, and access; enable multi-user workflows.
• Develop Power BI reports/dashboards and perform ETL and data modeling.
• Coordinate with USCG stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Support migrations, governance, and documentation for the CG Common Core project.
