• Reviews and revises programming justification documentation for POM and FYDP.
• Provides historical cost data and financial information to support resource decisions.
• Coordinates with FMO and MR divisions to manage APF budgets.
• Provides financial forecasts, trend analyses, and variance explanations.
• Ensures proper funding planning and adherence to applicable fund laws and regulations.
