• Budget formulation and execution, financial management, procurement and property functions oversight.
• Oversee credit card program; liaise for financial matters with management and executive staff.
• Operate an integrated system of financial services including accounting, budgeting, reporting and procurement.
• Exercise control over financial resources and oversee accounting operations including cash processing and voucher examination.
• Develop, implement and analyze tools for evaluating the financial management program.
• Coordinate FMIS, budgeting and accounting systems, SRPMS, SPMS and related real property systems.
