Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Counseling, Higher Education, or related field.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or educational programming.
• Experience supervising or mentoring student staff or volunteers.
• Knowledge of financial wellness or student success programs.
• Experience collecting and reporting program data.

Aufgaben

• Deliver financial education presentations, workshops, and coaching across Penn State campuses.
• Facilitate instruction using established curriculum and resources.
• Adapt content for diverse audiences and learning environments.
• Supervise and support Student Financial Wellness Ambassadors.
• Coordinate student schedules, assignments, and program participation.
• Provide training and feedback to student staff.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, presentations, and outreach events.
• Serve as primary educator and Center representative.
• Prepare reports to support program improvement.
• Support outreach and communications promoting financial wellness.
