Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Six months of clerical support experience, preferably familiarity with legal terminology.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills by engaging, interacting and working with all individuals to ensure clarity and understanding in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and mails out form packets for financial investigations and completes identification information on forms.
• Develops and maintains the filing system for the financial area, indexing, retrieving, and re-filing documents and correspondence.
• Reviews orders for future actions in financial investigations, schedules investigations, and tracks deadlines to ensure reports are completed by investigators.
• Distributes financial investigation recommendations to clients, attorneys, referees and judges.
• Assists clients and employers in person or by telephone, clarifying financial forms and providing status updates.
