Job Description

The Financial Grant Analyst will support complex financial, budget, policy, data, and resource-related projects. This person will research and analyze information, develop recommendations and solutions, and work directly with managers and stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and able to independently manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex budget and financial analysis
• Support data, systems, resource, and policy-related projects
• Research and analyze regulations, legislation, policies, and industry information
• Evaluate the potential impact of policies and regulations on programs or initiatives
• Research and summarize industry best practices
• Develop recommendations and solutions based on research and analysis
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project reports
• Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives
• Participate in planning committees, projects, and working groups
• Conduct post-implementation analysis to identify potential improvements or process changes
• Work directly with managers and other stakeholders on complex projects
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
