Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field, plus 3+ years in risk, fraud prevention, or trust and safety.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from large datasets and identify fraud trends, including data visualization.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance teams to design scalable risk strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of fraud prevention features from concept to launch.
• Define requirements for fraud detection, prevention, and response systems for engineering teams.
• Plan, scope, and prioritize initiatives on the product roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Identify gaps in fraud controls and propose innovative resilience solutions.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders with clear communication.
• Stay current on payment technologies, regulations, and global fraud trends.
• Ensure solutions comply with laws, regulations, and privacy principles.
• Make data-driven decisions balancing risk, business objectives, and user experience.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethics in all interactions and decisions.
