Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Financial Expert on a remote, contract basis to support a customer-facing project evaluating AI agents in financial domains. You will apply your finance expertise to help train next-generation AI systems with high-quality, real-world input.

Responsibilities include developing multi-step finance prompts, creating rubrics, evaluating AI outputs, and leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to document assessments in clear, written English.

Qualifications

• Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation purposes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines.
• Ability to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria.
• Nice to have: experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects.
