Job summary

micro1 is seeking Finance experts to join a customer-facing project focused on evaluating and enhancing AI agents in financial domains. You will leverage your domain knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality real-world input.

Responsibilities include designing realistic finance prompts, creating objective rubrics, reviewing AI responses, and documenting assessments in clear English using Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analysis and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail and consistency in following evaluation guidelines.
• Ability to produce objective, structured assessments against defined criteria.
• Nice to have experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
