Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst Journeyman in Fort Belvoir, VA. The role provides journeyman-level program analysis and operations support across financial execution and portfolio functions for the RTI Business & Operations Group.

Responsibilities include funding-document review, meetings coordination, onboarding of government personnel, and routine reporting to Project Leaders and Government managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability.
