Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst Journeyman at Fort Belvoir, VA. A SECRET clearance is required to support the RTI Business & Operations Group across financial execution and portfolio functions.

Responsibilities include reviewing funding documents, coordinating meetings, onboarding government personnel, and producing executive summaries. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field and role equivalency (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment.
