The Role

We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals to join our team asFinancial Educators. In this fully remote, commission-based contract role, you'll educate individuals and families on key financial concepts and guide them in creating actionable plans toward financial freedom. Once licensed, you'll also be able to assist clients in implementing their personalized financial strategies.

What You'll Do

• Teach financial literacy principles in one-on-one or group settings
• Help clients understand budgeting, saving, debt management, investing, and protection strategies
• Customize financial plans based on individual needs and goals
• Work independently and manage your own schedule
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training (in-person if in Dallas area, Zoom options for those working remote)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or training is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for financial education and helping others
• Experience or interest in the financial industry (Licensing support provided)
