  • Instruct students in a hands-on, supportive classroom environment, accommodating all skill levels.
  • Provide clear demonstrations of tools, materials, and appropriate techniques.
  • Encourage creativity, participation, and skill development among students.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom/kitchen/workspace environment.
  • Provide a list of necessary materials and tools for each session; assist in managing class supplies.
  • Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records daily. Technology will be provided in the classroom.
  • Offer feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and innovations in your desired field.

Job Description Summary


The Personal Enrichment Instructor will teach non-credit, personal enrichment classes to adult learners. This instructor will lead hands-on courses designed to help students develop skills in Financial Education (ex. Personal Budgeting, Medicare, Social Security, Investments, etc.) The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in their desired discipline.


Minimum Qualifications


Required:



  • Proven experience in your field (professional, commercial, or extensive personal experienceO.

  • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and current trends in your field.

  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom of adult learners
