VDS Consulting Group seeks a Financial Due Diligence Consultant to lead rigorous earnings and cash-flow analyses for transaction services. You will quantify add-backs, assess working capital, and review debt-like items to inform post-close financial planning and valuation.

The role requires advanced Excel and financial modeling, CPA/CA credentials or equivalent, and experience with data rooms and cross-border accounting standards. Interim CFO pathway offered through the Operating Partner track.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in transaction services, audit, or corporate finance.
• 3+ years buy-side or sell-side diligence.
• CPA or CA strongly preferred; CFA or MBA a plus.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling; data rooms and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS a plus for cross-border deals.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or PE portfolio company background preferred.
